We used Green Attic to help identify problems and provide solutions for primarily heating needs - we have a couple of rooms that get particularly cold in winter and weren't sure what the right repair option was, especially because our windows are only a few years old. Tim looked at our condo building and home, and he was fantastic - very friendly, informative, and helpful. He provided comprehensive information regarding different problems that he identified, both on the exterior of our condo building around the windows and inside our condo, and he gave candid advice on how to fix the problems before winter. It was also very useful that he talked through a variety of options, ranging from better long-term solutions to short-term, easy, and cost-effective solutions that will keep us warm this year.
