Fantastic from start to finish!!! Alina coordinated a consultation at my convenience. James arrived at my home with all the necessary information and walked me through my home explaining everything!! The next day Charlie and his crew were at my house right on time to start work. They discovered something that didn’t work in my attic, not only did Charlie fix it he also had the part on the truck if I wanted to just replace it with the new solar version, which I did and am very pleased with. The next day a new crew arrived back to complete the work and they too were just as fantastic as the crew from the day before!! Alina and James were quick to respond to all of my husband and I’s questions as we went through the process and were happy to explain to both of us with 2 separate calls as my husband was at work. Nothing was too much trouble for this Team! Alina sent me all of the necessary paperwork to complete in order to receive a rebate from the energy company for the work I had done to make my home more efficient and submitted everything for me so that rebate was included in my price from the jump!! No pay up front and mail in your paperwork and you’ll get a refund....this was amazing!!!!! I will continue to use them for future home projects as they really do “Do it all” and I will definitely be referring and using them when working with my clients on the Sale and Purchase of their homes!
