6. Painting and Finishing

• Sanded and painted 500 square feet of the cathedral ceiling and all areas that were dense-packed with insulation, ensuring a clean and finished look.

7. Miscellaneous Services

• Provided and replaced the existing bathroom fan, focusing solely on the labor, with no electrical work or extensions required.
• Applied a Nicor attic insulation/air seal instant rebate for suburban projects to reduce overall costs.
• Provided a discount as part of our customer satisfaction program.
• Note: The crew protected floors with drop cloths and covered furniture, fixtures, and cabinets with plastic during the painting process. Additionally, they inspected a clicking noise in the attic, which did not seem to be related to rodent activity.
