1. Batt Insulation Removal

• Removed 600 square feet of old batt insulation to prepare for new insulation installation.

2. Bungalow Knee Walls and Attic Insulation

• Insulated 600 square feet of knee walls and the attic to improve thermal performance.

3. Cathedral Ceiling from Inside

• Installed baffles in 300 square feet of attic space to ensure proper ventilation and insulation performance.

4. Install Baffles

• Installed baffles in 300 square feet of attic space to ensure proper ventilation and insulation performance.

5. Additional Upgrades

• Installed an attic hatch for easy access to the attic.
• Installed an attic solar fan to improve attic ventilation and reduce heat buildup.
• Installed two insulated bath fan sleeves to prevent heat loss and moisture issues.
• Installed two passive mushroom ventilation systems to enhance airflow in the attic.

6. Painting and Finishing

• Sanded and painted 500 square feet of the cathedral ceiling and all areas that were dense-packed with insulation, ensuring a clean and finished look.

7. Miscellaneous Services

• Provided and replaced the existing bathroom fan, focusing solely on the labor, with no electrical work or extensions required.
• Applied a Nicor attic insulation/air seal instant rebate for suburban projects to reduce overall costs.
• Provided a discount as part of our customer satisfaction program.
• Note: The crew protected floors with drop cloths and covered furniture, fixtures, and cabinets with plastic during the painting process. Additionally, they inspected a clicking noise in the attic, which did not seem to be related to rodent activity.
