Ms. Drew reached out to Green Attic Insulation for a comprehensive solution to her attic issues, which included mold remediation, insulation removal, and the installation of new R-60 insulation. • Mold Treatment: Applied 850 square feet of mold treatment to eliminate existing mold.
• Mold Prevention Coating: Covered 850 square feet with mold prevention coating to ensure long-term protection against mold recurrence.

• Batt Insulation Removal: Removed 850 square feet of old batt insulation from the attic.
• Bungalow Knee Walls and Attic Insulation: Insulated 850 square feet of knee walls and the attic to an R-60 standard for optimal energy efficiency.
• Install Baffles: Installed baffles in 850 square feet of attic space to improve airflow and insulation performance.

3. Additional Upgrades

• Attic Hatch: Installed four attic hatches to provide easy access for future maintenance.
• Can Lights Cover: Installed covers for three can lights to prevent air leakage.
• Bathroom Exhaust Fan: Installed a new bathroom exhaust fan vented through the roof to improve ventilation and moisture control.
• Replace Existing Bathroom Fan: Replaced the existing bathroom fan, focusing solely on the labor, without electrical work or extensions.

4. Special Programs and Discounts

• Nicor - Attic Insulation/Air Seal Instant Rebate: Applied a rebate available for suburban projects to reduce overall costs.
• Discount: Provided a discount to Ms. Drew as part of our customer satisfaction program.
• Note-Mold Warranty: Included a warranty for mold remediation to give Ms. Drew peace of mind regarding the durability of our mold treatment.
